A bit about emma
Natural style…
Here is a little bit about Emma so that you can be sure she’s the right person for you.
People who have worked with her say “She has a natural style and puts you instantly at ease. She takes all the details that are important to you and creates a beautiful script for your ceremony.”
A professional communicator who brings warmth and humour to your special day, making it positive and memorable. Emma is a colourful character who loves seeing people smiling and having fun.
Before being a celebrant
a love of people…
Prior to becoming a Celebrant Emma spent over 30 years working in the hospitality industry where customer service was everything. She loves working with people and it shows in all she does.
It was personal life experiences, happy and sad, that led Emma into the world of Celebrancy.
She now gets to spend more time with her son James and her New Zealand Husband, Josh.
Emma at home?
Chickens and overseas travel…
Home life is busy and when Emma is not working or looking after her family (including 4 stepchildren), you’ll find her walking her 2 gorgeous dogs, Floyd the fabulous standard poodle and Arthur the nutty German Wire-Haired Pointer.
She also keeps chickens and has a large garden to contend with. Emma loves socialising and cooking for friends and family.
Emma loves the outdoors whether it be the countryside, the seaside or the mountains.
She is equally happy when she visits the city to experience the hustle and bustle, shops, restaurants and theatres.
Overseas travel has always been a passion for Emma. Favourite places include New Zealand and India and she loves to go skiing with her family.
